Policy AreaDetails and Conditions
1. On-Spot Return (During Delivery)If, upon delivery, you notice the product does not match the picture or description (e.g., incorrect color or model), you may return the item directly to the delivery person immediately. No additional charges will be applied for this type of return.
2. Post-Delivery Claims (Within 7 Days)If you wish to return the product after accepting delivery due to the following reasons: <ul><li>The product is damaged or defective.</li><li>The product received is incorrect or incomplete.</li></ul> Please contact us within 7 (seven) days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request.
3. Change of Mind Policy (Applicable Delivery Charges)If you decide not to receive the product (change of mind) without any defect or discrepancy, the following charge will be applicable upon return completion:
Delivery Charges (Change of Mind)* Inside Dhaka: Tk 70
 * Sub-areas of Dhaka: Tk 100 (Includes areas like Keraniganj, Narayanganj, Nawabpur, Amin Bazar, Gazipur)
 * Outside Dhaka: Tk 130 for home delivery across Bangladesh (Note: Some charges may need to be paid in advance).
