| PRICES | All prices are retail prices and are stated in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka). Unless stated otherwise, prices do not include taxes, duties, import fees charged by your local government, service, payment, or delivery charges. We reserve the right to adjust incorrectly priced items without prior notice. Zillionary will not be responsible for any taxes, duties, import fees, or custom fees levied once products reach your country. |
| PAYMENT | We accept bKash and Cash on Delivery (Only inside Dhaka Metro). All your card information is encrypted via the Payment Gateway using the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. We may request further correspondence from the purchaser if we suspect a fraudulent order. |
| DELIVERY TIME & CHARGES | Timely delivery is contingent upon the courier maintaining day-to-day delivery schedules. Zillionary will not be held responsible for delays with the couriers. All delivery estimates are based upon working/business days. |
| STOCK | Rarely, some products may be out of stock. In such cases, we will notify you immediately. If you are interested in ordering an ‘Out of Stock’ item, please contact us at hello@zillionary.com. We reserve the right to cancel a delivery and/or order if the stock quantity and/or price was incorrect at the moment of placing the order. |
| COLOR OF PRODUCTS & MATERIALS | Product colors seen on Zillionary.com depend on the monitor viewed from and can vary. The color seen on the monitor may vary slightly from the product’s accurate color. We have endeavored to display colors and the tactility of materials as accurately as possible. |
| MATERIALS (Leather) | All products are made of natural & PU leather of the highest quality. Leather is a natural product and can vary slightly in color and structure; these minor variations are unique characteristics, not a fault. All leathers are sensitive to rain and other wet spots, so heavy rainfall should be avoided. |
| SIZES | All sizes displayed on any product viewed on Zillionary.com are external sizes measured in cm. |
| FORCE MAJEURE | We reserve the right to assert force majeure (e.g., strike, war, natural disaster, government sanction), which implies the agreement will not need to be fulfilled in part or in full. Should this occur, we will attempt to notify you. |
| RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL | All products have an on-spot return opportunity to the delivery person upon receipt by the customer. To return, goods must be in their original packaging and condition. The purchase price will be refunded only after returned items have been received and approved by Zillionary. |
| RIGHT TO COMPLAINT | Zillionary provides a 30-day right to complaint covering defect manufacture and materials during normal use. This right does not cover defects, damages, or wear and tear resulting from wrongful use, poor maintenance, physical violence, or unauthorized operations. Complaints must be communicated to Zillionary within the 30-day period. Items may be returned for repair, exchange, or reimbursement. |
